A Collection of Minimalist Experimental Stories by Mahdi Ganjavi. Mahdi Ganjavi is a writer, editor and distinguished historian specializing in education, literature, print, and translation within the Middle East. He has written the entry on 'Bijan Elahi', Persian modernist poet, for the Encyclopaedia Iranica, and his articles have been published in journals such as Iranian Studies and the Review of Middle East Studies. Over the last decade, he has undertaken the editing and publication of seven lesser-known Persian novels dating from the 1920s to the 1940s. These novels provide valuable insights into the origins of historical and utopian fiction, science fiction, and detective fiction within the Persian literary tradition.
