Antonio Gramsci is a giant of Marxian thought and one of the world's greatest cultural critics. Antonio A. Santucci is perhaps the world's preeminent Gramsci scholar. Gramscian terms such as "civil society" and "hegemony" are much used in everyday political discourse.
